Due to the nature of our natural ingredients and handcrafted products, no returns, refunds or exchanges are accepted.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please email our office within (3) days from the date you receive your order. We are not responsible for a wrong address or a failure to retrieve an order.

Above Rubies Products are handmade and made to order, using natural ingredients. Natural ingredients vary in consistency, color, texture and scent; this will not affect the products performance. We package our products by weight, not volume.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.
Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
