Crown Jewel Soft Defining Gel is a curl gel formulated to set your desired curls and styles in stone. Light and smooth consistency allows for easy distribution to define your curls.
Ingredients: Aloe vera juice, horsetail extract, flaxseed, hydrogenated olive oil, panthenol, olive oil unsaponifiables, sclerotium gum, irish moss, jojoba esters, gluconolactone, sodium benzoate, marshmallow root, squalane (derived from plant sugar), grapefruit, orange, fragrance, optiphen.
Directions: Apply to wet de-tangled hair. Distribute evenly, down length of hair, coating each section. Style and set.
(Allow to air dry for best results)
To refresh curls, mist with water scrunch and re-style. Pairs nicely with all Above Rubies Products®
*RUBY TIP: When your product is empty, keep the bottle, clean and reuse for hot oil treatments. Simply place your desired oils in bottle and place bottle in hot water bath.

Style Tip: I love using Crown Jewel Soft Defining Gel for wash n go's, but my favorite use is with a twist n curl. After washing my and conditioning my hair with Above Rubies Products, I simply distribute Crown Jewel Curl Cream Leave In throughout, and then section my hair for my twists. I then apply a dime size amount of Curl Polish to my individual twist, and finish with smoothing a few drops of Crown Jewel Soft Defining Gel down the length of my hair. I then twist my hair, and spiral a perm rod on the end. I do this throughout my whole head, and air dry, or sleep with my satin cap. After removing rods and untwisting, I end up with a nice hold, and juicy plump define curls for days.

My favorite!
I love this gel!. Ive tried many organic,natural ingredient brands that are either ok, or good but this one is my favorite. The gel makes styling so EASY and quick. Its glides through the hair while your hair also absorbs all the nutrients it has. The gel isnt sticky at all and still has a great hold to it for your protective styles,etc. My low porosity hair responds to it so well and doesnt irritate my scalp;which is a plus becuase other brands did! Thank you!

I have been using products for natural hair for years. These products have been on the market in the large department stores for years and they do not compare to Above Rubies Products.
