Typographical Errors

ABOVE RUBIES PRODUCTS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, ABOVE RUBIES PRODUCTS shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Cancellation and Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds. Above Rubies Products are handmade and made to order, using natural ingredients. Natural ingredients vary in consistency, color, texture and scent; this will not affect the products performance. We package our products by weight, not volume. Therefore, please be aware that all sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. We ask that you please select your products carefully. If you have received a shipping notification, then your package has already been processed and cannot be cancelled. If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please email our office within (3) days from the date you receive your order. We are not responsible for a wrong address or a failure to retrieve an order.
